- Personal Safety Alarm - the Skyminder 500
Small, lightweight and discreet, using GPS/GSM technology; it knows where it is and when activated, sends an alarm message with your precise location and identity. A message can also be recorded giving control staff details of recent circumstances if an alarm is raised.
- 24/7 Emergency Response Centre (ERC)
The alarm message opens a 2-way communications link. Using the information from this and pre-agreed individual employment, personal and escalation details, the controller can establish the nature of the situation and provide the appropriate response, from a line manager, the emerrgency services or Skyguard's own response service.
- Skyguard's National Responce Service
Consisting of some 800 vehicles nationally who are there to help you, even if no-one else can.
